Christmas Paper bag album
Well...... Didn't know it was that long since I last posted. Maybe because I lost my craft mojo. I do believe that it is back. Here is a paper bag Christmas album. I won't call it a mini album as it is 8" high. Here are some of the 6 pages. Each page has a flap.

Steampunk ATC
I am not one for working on tiny areas. But i thought i would make a ATC. I had alot of fun playing with this. For the heart i used some crackle accents and then used copper alcohol ink to colour in the cracks. Not how i thought it would turn out but happy all the same. With the eye and the butterfly i used Tim Holtz's Rub ons. Also glittered up the wings.

Storage Box - Chipboard
This weekend was a crafty one here in Canberra. The weather was cold. I made this storage box out of chipboard. For the feet i used the little hitch fasteners from kaisercraft.
The paper i used was from Kaisercraft 'Porcelain Rose'. I love this paper. I now have a storage box to put all my bits and pieces in.

Scrapbook Boutique - July Challenge
It has been awhile since my last post. So much to do and not enough time.
This month Scrapbook Boutique has a challenge of using Brown, Teal and white. After pulling my craft room apart i finally found some teal cardstock (not a colour i would normally use). I also found some Christmas clear stamps (not really a stamp user).
The Challenge:
Inspiration :
Challenge : Create a project using the theme 'Winter' & using the colours Brown Turquoise & white & the photo as your inspiration.

Happy Birthday Card
Here is a birthday card i made using products from Tattered Inspiration's card kits. Sorry for the pj's getting in the picture. With the teal lace down the left side i painted this with twinkling H2o 'Teal'. Once dry the stiching on the lace came through, i was so happy wioth the outcome.

I was going through some old photos and i came across this one. My dad and his younger sister.

Rare Moment Layout
This is the first kaisercraft challenge for April. For this layout i used the 'Timeless Collection'. I also used kaiser craft wooden flourishes and some bits and pieces i had lying around. The flowers with the bling are rub ons (don't use rub ons very often).
I was going through some old photos and i came across this one. My nan and my dad. I called it a 'rare moment 'because i have never seen my dad (right) wipe up before.

SMASHING weekend
This weekend was a SMASHING one. I got out my SMASH book and finally completed a few pages. I smashed about a few celebrations, Canberra turning 100, the balloon festival, attending a big Brumbies game and my birthday.
The yellow things in the pockets are some clap stick that you blow up and clap together.
Every year Canberra has a baloon festival with lots of different types of baloons. This year they had a Darth Vader, Turtle and cute bumble bees.
This was a special game of rugby union. The Brumbies were playing in a special jumper to mark Canberra's 100 birthday. The atmosphere was awesome.
I received a delivery of a bottle of champers, a cute soft teddy bear and some chocolates.
I even had cupcakes with lots of different colours
Thanks for looking.

Tall Storage Draws
Something different this post. On the weekend i finally finished my kaisercraft storage box. When i saw the new kaisercraft 75 cents range, i knew that this paper would be perfect for this. I did something different, instead of painting the edges i used my washi tape. This was sooo much better as i didn't get paint everywhere, it looks clean and so much nicer. The embellish bits are from the In the attic by kaisercraft.
Thanks for looking. Till next time
